Hello! I'm your host Bree, a cake decorator by trade, and owner of 

The Units.     

My husband and I purchased the two units in 2018 with the intent of them becoming vacation rentals. Our goal was to create a unique stay for you to enjoy.    

Consisting of two side by side apartments (the only residential properties in this building), Coastal and Tribal are spacious and thoughtfully styled holiday units situated directly opposite Alex Beach.    

From the french linen sheets to the recycled timber bathroom vanities, every aspect of The Units has been thoughtfully pieced together to bring you all the comforts of modern beach house living and a picture-perfect setting to make memories of your own.    

I had such a dreamy time designing the perfect spaces for our guests, creating two completely different vibes in each of the apartments. For me, the design process at The Units is never finished. I’m always sourcing new pieces and finding little gems that really make these luxe beach shack properties feel like home.
