We have a 2-night minimum stay, except on school holidays and long weekends. Please refer to the Airbnb calendar for specific dates.

Children under the age of 3 are welcome to stay however please keep in mind that we do not provide any baby-proof equipment/safety devices. The apartment is not safety vetted for children/babies; you are responsible for your own children/babies at all times. Children must be supervised at all times. 

No, sorry we don’t allow pets.

No. We want you to just pack your bag and head on holidays. All linen and towels (both bath & beach) are provided. 

Yes absolutely. Alexandra Headland Beach is directly opposite us. Maroochydore Beach is about a 10-minute walk (north). Mooloolaba Beach around 15 minutes (south). You will find cafes, restaurants, fish and chips and boutique shops all along the main esplanade and within walking distance.

THE UNITS is a place where we want you to create relaxed memories. We welcome you to enjoy yourself, but we are not a party venue.

The kitchen has basic condiments, salt and pepper, oil, sauce, Vegemite, tea, coffee. Toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo + conditioner are also supplied.

Yes! We have FREE off street  parking for guests (up to 2 cars per unit).

Please get in touch as soon as possible and we will see what we can do. We are always open to rescheduling as long as we receive reasonable notice and the rescheduling is within an appropriate timeframe. 

THE UNITS does not accept schoolies reservations. Our minimum check-in age is 20.
